Through this journey called life, we pick up aches, pains, and stiffness. These imbalances influence how our body moves, rests, and interacts with our environment. Myofascial services include modalities that act on our intricate fascial network to encourage our bodies to remodel, rebalance, and relax.

Swinging M Wellness is mobile*; we come to you! We can set up sessions at homes, offices, and even barns and backyards.
